Leaders and coaches are not taught, they are expressed
There is a difference between knowing and being. While knowing involves learning concepts, being is about experiencing leadership and coaching as one’s natural self-expression, especially in unplanned, stressful events that fundamentally alter a person’s way of being.

These events, or how one relates to others, oneself, and the world during stress, can awaken a new, stronger, wiser, and more resilient identity: the identity of the True Self, or The Leader. When an event awakens the identity of The Leader, it is called an Act of Courage, or simply, The Act.
