— What changed during and after the “System_20” program?

— I’m overwhelmed with emotions! “System_20” gave me a huge leap forward! After other Academy programs, I worked with entrepreneurs because I am an entrepreneur myself, as a life coach in an individual format. At some point, I realized that my calendar could no longer accommodate everyone interested. I became curious about how to combine individual and group work. “System_20” gave me the confidence to say that I am not a life coach for entrepreneurs but specifically a business coach. And after that, I launched my group programs.

In December, I ran sprints in small groups of 3 people. It was like a trial run before a longer program. In that same December, all spots were sold for a 3-month program. Currently, within it, we’re working in a blitz-coaching format every two weeks, and I conduct individual sessions every two weeks as well.

— How can you quantify your current results?

— This program brought me 1,500,000 rubles in 3 months. An amazing result! And that’s despite the fact that over these one and a half months, entrepreneurs have grown significantly, and I know that by summer they will join my next advanced program, and for them, this won’t just be about money anymore. Great cases are emerging, and these results constantly generate energy for me.

By the way, just in December, I mentioned that I was torn between coaching and my main business, as well as family. Then a new stage of delegation passed, where I practically stepped away from managing my main business. And still, last year, one store had around 14% net profit, another had 17%, and now both stores have 28% net profit. Considering the total turnover, this is a serious increase in my income.
